Ingredients (20x30cm pan)

  • 225 grams cocoa paste
  • 150 grams cocoa butter
  • 100 grams maple syrup
  • 60 grams roasted Brazil nuts, finely chopped
  • 30 grams whole sesame seeds
  • 40 grams El Arz tahini

Instructions

  1. At least 4 hours before serving: put the cocoa paste and the cocoa butter into a
heatproof bowl and melt over a pot of boiling water. Add the maple syrup and stir.
Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the Brazil nuts to the chocolate along with the sesame seeds and mix. Allow the
mixture to cool for about 10 minutes.
  3. Lightly grease the pan, pour in mixture and flatten it with a spoon or back of a knife.
Drizzle the tahini on top and create a marble-like pattern on the mixture by using a
    toothpick or chopstick.
  4. Cover the mold with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Break into pieces of the desired size and serve.
